
Career:
· Originally from Atlantic City, New Jersey. She began her career in food service and then partnered with 2 major league baseball players (Bobby Brown and Jerry Mumphy) on the East Coast.
· Moved to the Midwest in 1999 when recruited to work at Ball Foster and found her home in Gas City, Indiana.
· Became local business owner in 2003
· After selling her business: Next Level Communications, she worked for Moorehead Communications & ran the most successful TCC store in the network
· Employee of the Year the same year she retired from the company in 2014
· First concern was never about her own success, but instead that of the team around her.
· She built leaders who have gone on to make other TCC stores successful.
Community:
· Past-President of Gas City Kiwanis—multiple committees: 4th of July Parade, Burger Mania, Youth Fishing Tournament, Bowl-a-Thon
· Past-President of Gas City Chamber of Commerce Board
· Founding member of Gas City Concerts in the Park
· Past-President of United Way of Grant County Board of Directors
· Volunteers with Cancer Services of Grant County
· Mentored community leaders, and opened doors in Gas City that have helped make organizations like Kiwanis, the Gas City Chamber, & Concerts in the Park see exceptional growth.
